We own a total of 17 units scattered across Worcester County. Among them are four commercial units, which serve as office or manufacturing spaces. The remaining units consist of single-family homes up to three-family homes. 

 We have just one significant single-family home, strategically positioned in Bartlett, NH, serving as a short-term rental. Situated right next to Mount Washington, it offers an ideal location with easy access to Wildcat, Cranmore, and Attitash Mountains mountain.
